MOBILE TESTING LABORATORY

The Covid-19 situation in Thailand with the increasing rate of new cases found has put pressure on the public health system urging it to detect the infection more quickly and more accurately to contain the spread of the virus. The mobile testing laboratory is a good solution for reaching out to the non-service areas with no laboratory such as at the borders, airports, field hospitals, etc. The company has therefore designed mobile laboratory vehicles according to biomolecular diagnostic principles and biosafety techniques. This laboratory is divided into two separate main rooms; one with a positive pressure system for biomolecular analysis which is mounted on a four-wheel truck and one with a negative pressure system for extracting genetic material which is mounted on a trailer. The control system extension for each laboratory is modern in design and controlled using a touch screen that displays the working status of each room. The laboratories are well-equipped according to the standards of the Ministry of Public Health with such as biosafety cabinets for the genetic material samples preparation, aseptic cabinets for preparing reagents, PCR operators, shelves for real-time PCR -20 degrees Celsius with external transmission channels. By combining innovations with various technologies, a laboratory that meets the same standards as the laboratory of the Department of Medical Sciences is obtained. It ensures maximum safety with the ability to analyze the test results quickly and accurately within 3 hours. It can facilitate field-testing anywhere and anytime, optimizing proactive search and enabling the deployment of the best medical measures.
